We will have our usual Tower swim. Meet at 8:00, in the water by 8:10. Usually out of the water by 8:50. One tower is ~1,000 yards. Two towers is ~1,500 yards. 3 towers is ~2,000 yards. Will explain at Tower 9.

Water was 56-57 F Sunday, but felt more like 54/55. It was a little on the cool side.

Conditions for swimming Tuesday morning should be good: typical 2-3 ft waves, medium wind. Good conditions for someone who has already had at least 1 ocean swim.

Bring a hot beverage to the Tower (not your car) so as to offset the after drop.

Should be a good swim!
